Plumbing
Everything a plumber has to offer, we do & more. We believe we offer a more personal service as we keep in mind your interests, needs & desires throughout. We respect your home as if it were our own and make sure any work carried out is completed to the highest standard and reasonable priced.
Heating
In the stone ages, we’d be labelled ‘magicians’ for our ability o bring fire. Unfortunately that term in this day and age in not applicable to us, we’re now just the guys that fits the boilers and fixes the radiator. If your problem is heating, we’ve got you covered.
Fight Crime
Although you may see this part as a ‘joke’ we couldn’t be more serious. The industry we operate in regrettably have ALOT of cowboys. We’ve taken it upon ourselves to fight this crime and restore the trust and hope through each of our clients, 1 by 1.(No we don’t have a secret lair🤫)
We’re Based In Stratford-upon-avon
The town of Shakespeare, Although, we’re not confined to the area of our postcode. We often venture to the scenic surrounding villages and other local(ish) areas that are in need of a professional plumber.

Fun Facts

Plugging of pipe leakage: Repairing those nasty leaks often found near a puddle of liquid (Obviously). If we can plug it, we’ll do it.
Pipe Installation: If your in need of a full pipe replacement, or some new pipes installing, we’ll make it happen.
Choked: Clearing of Choked pipes, basin, toilet bowls, floor traps, manholes etc, by manual labour or machine assisted
Repair & Replacement: Repair and replacement of water taps, mixer taps, piping, bottle traps, flexible hoses, basins, sink bowls, urinal bowls, flush cisterns and toilet accessories
Boiler Installation: We supply and fit your boiler, along with repairs and maintenance checks. We’ll always recommend, what we’d recommend a loved one.
A little bit about us…
Green & Son was founded, built and grown by Chris Green, a man who has plumbing running through his blood (not literally). Plumbing is all ever Chris has done, & is all Chris has ever known, with over 34 years of experience he’s been around long enough to know what works and what doesn’t, the quickest and most effective methods, along with being trusted in his local community, he brought along his son Alfie to show him the ropes and pass on the torch of the green legacy. Both Chris & Alfie are fully qualified, fully insured and fully ready to conquer your plumbing and heating needs.
Chris
When Chris isn’t being the local plumber, he’s a parent, husband, uncle and about another 10 titles. He enjoys an ice cold can of Guinness (if you’re thinking of a xmas present) and loves a spot of fishing.
& Alfie.
Alfie also loves abit of fishing you’ll often find him near the local rivers & other fishing spots, but also loves learning and perfecting his craft of being a bloody good plumber.

We make sure that we’re not all work and can fit in some play. That’s why Sunday is considered our day of rest, we will work Saturday if needs be.

Do you provide quotes before you start the work so I know the cost?
Of course, ahead of any work we undertake we conduct a comprehensive quote to provide you with a price for the job. We’re focused on complete transparency and ensuring you are kept in the loop at all times.
Do you do small jobs like leaking taps?
Yes, we do projects large and small – from leaking taps, to bathroom refits to gutting and drains. Whatever plumbing and heating issues you have, we will solve them.
Are you gas safe registered?
We certainly are. Your safety (& our own) is our top priority, we’ve been gas safe registered for over 30 years.
